OUR 7 STEP SELLING PROCESS

  1. CONTRACT: A contract is put in place and all necessary details are determined regarding time, location, compensation, marketing campaign and other potential costs to set clear expectations.

  2. PROPERTY ASSESSMENT: Property inspection, along with signage, drone videos and pictures are completed.

  3. ADVERTISING DEVELOPMENT: The advertising team will develop the marketing material to showcase your property professionally. We know presentation is key, especially as the assets we sell are large in value and on the market very rarely. Our presentation highlighting the value of your property often brings unexpected buyers.

  4. TO MARKET: The marketing campaign is carried out and buyers are actively evaluating the details of your property through our marketing efforts. Your property is competing with other assets of the same. The big question is, what is setting your property apart from the others? Our job is to highlight, present and explain the value of your property and the family history of your land through a variety of conversations and marketing materials.

  5. SELL: The big event, sale day. Our team is equipped to put on a show sale day to maximize value and accomplish goals.

  6. POST SALE: We pride ourselves with a hands-on approach guiding you through the closing process. We assist with this process and its many logistics that need to be handled. (i.e. estates and 1031 like-kind tax deferred exchange timelines.)

  7. CLOSING: All monies are distributed to parties involved. It is our priority to ensure a smooth closing typically 30-45 days after the purchase agreement is executed.
