Closing to take place on or before December 13th, 2023. Hunting rights will be given at closing. Crop and Pasture Land is sold subject to terms and conditions of the lease and possession will be given March 1, 2024. Upon acceptance of the sale by the seller, a non-refundable earnest money deposit equal to 10% will be due at the conclusion of the sale.
