Closing to take place on or before December 29, 2021 for an undivided ½ interest in this land while the other undivided ½ interest will close on January 4, 2022. Possession to be given March 1st, 2022. This property is free to farm or rent in 2022. Hunting rights to transfer on January 4, 2022. Purchaser to assume CRP contract on Tract 3. In the event Buyer wishes to continue the DENR Water Rights Permit, Buyer will be responsible for filing the Notice of Transfer of Ownership with DENR, and will also be responsible for the transfer fee of $50 payable to DENR. Upon acceptance of the sale by the seller, a non-refundable earnest money deposit equal to 10% will be due at the conclusion of the sale.
