Closing to take place on or before June 30, 2026. Full possession on the hayland to be given March 2nd, 2027 as this hayland is currently leased and expires March 1st, 2027.  Buyer to assume the CRP contract(s), which expire September 30, 2034, at closing and will receive full CRP payments of $3,150.00± starting in the Fall of 2026 if eligible through the FSA office.
